ALL MSO CERTIFICATE INVOLVED WITH UNITS FINANCED BY KUBOTA TRACTOR CORPORATION (KCC) SHOULD BE DIRECTED TO THE FOLLOWING EMAIL: kcc_g.kcctitle.msorequests@kubota.com.

ALL NEW MSO CERTIFICATE RELATED INQUIRIES FOR NEW EQUIPMENT SHOULD BE DIRECTED TO THE FOLLOWING EMAIL: ktc_g.msorequests@kubota.com.

Note - MSO Process and New Policies & Procedures letter have been posted in the KubotaLink's front-page announcement on June 2, 2020 - the document is linked here. Please provide the full model, serial, and invoice numbers for accurate research. Note: for all MSO Certificate requests for non-RTV (non-Utility Vehicles), please send an email to Dealer Support to print and mail the certificates. Thank you for your support cooperation during this process change.
In Summary:
  • The MSO Certificate for all NEW RTV units shipped and invoiced by KTC will print and send via FedEx every Monday - these certificates are for all RTV units shipped and invoiced by KTC the week before.
  • The MSO Certificate for all RTV units shipped and invoiced due to Dealer to Dealer (D2D) transfers will not be printed by KTC. The transferring-out Dealer must send the Original MSO Certificate to the transferring-in Dealer along with the unit, or within a reasonable time prior to the Retail Sale.
