1. What is KubotaLink? Back to Top
KubotaLink is a website that provides Kubota Tractor Corporation (KTC) users (including Dealers, Regional Sales Managers, etc.) the means for accessing KTC Dealer information and applications.

2. What is my KubotaLink login User Id and Password? Back to Top
KubotaLink is changing from a shared ID to a role based access (RBAC) model beginning February 14, 2018. This will affect all dealer logins to KubotaLink. Each dealership will have a KubotaLink Administrator ID. The administrator has access to KubotaLink Dealer Admin Role Creation (KDARC) application that allows the adminstrator to create and maintain its own KubotaLink User IDs. The administrator can also create another back up administrator.

KubotaLink User ID is unique, must be between 5 to 30 characters long. It can contain lower case, upper case, numeric, hyphen, period, @, or underscore (e.g. john.smith or John-Smith99). An email address can be used as an ID. This is the ID that the dealership’s users will be used to login to KubotaLink.

Please read the user guide for KDARC under the Support -> User Guide menu for more information.

3. What should I do if I have forgotten my password? Back to Top
If you have forgotten your password, you may contact your dealership’s administrator to have your password reset. Each dealership may have one or more administrators. If you do not know who your administrator is, please call the Kubota Link Help desk at (888) 582-6825 and this information will be provided to you. If you are the sole administrator for your dealership, and have forgotten your password, the Help Desk has the procedure to reset your password. For Internal Users, reference KEIS help button.

4. Why can't I click on one of the main menu? Back to Top
The KubotaLink navigational drop down menus are enabled when the current user has permission to access those applications. The navigational drop down menus are disabled if that user does not have permission to access those applications, or during system maintenance hours.
